A party has a date. Everything below is organised around not missing it.
Work backwards from the party, not forwards from today. Order at least a week before a weekend party and you have room for a delay; order in the same week and you are relying on Australia Post having a good run.
Orders placed before 12pm AEST on a business day are packed the same day. After that, or on a weekend, they go out the next business day.

Express Post is available at checkout and typically halves the interstate figures. If the party is close, take it.
Bags are packed flat and sealed, which is why the postage is what it is. A bag full of air costs three times as much to send, and we would only be passing that on to you.
If a bag arrives damaged, or the order is wrong, or something has melted despite our best efforts, tell us and we will replace it or refund it. Send a photo if you can — it helps us work out whether it happened here or in transit, and the answer changes what we fix.
Because the bags are sealed food-safe items made up per order, we cannot accept change-of-mind returns on opened bags. Unopened orders can be returned within 14 days.
None of this limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If the goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund regardless of anything on this page.
If an order was placed with reasonable time and arrives after the party because of a despatch error at our end, we will refund it in full. If it arrives late because it was ordered two days before a Perth party, we will be sympathetic and we will still try to help, but that one is on the calendar rather than on us.
